Tension
leveling system can be a part of galvanizing line or stand alone tension
leveling line. The tension leveler improves the flatness of strip. It's
better shape enhances the appearance & also subsequent processing like
galvanizing & color coating becomes easier.
Coating Equipment
The application process involve in coating equipment applies a charge to
the dry powder particles and spraying them onto a grounded substrate. The
substrate is typically grounded through the conveyor hanger holding the
part. Color coating lines can be designed to coat both ferrous and
non-ferrous strip. These lines can be simple, semi-continuous type with
infra-red ovens. They can also be high speed continuous lines with a
standard catenary and "floater-type" convection oven.
Corrugating Machine
This robust corrugating machine is extensively used for corrugating the
galvanized sheets. These machines can be designed for various thickness &
lengths, as per the requirement.
