MAS Equipments Pvt. Ltd. has its manufacturing unit located in an industrial estate in Rohad, on the outskirts of Bahadurgarh, State of Haryana, India. The facility includes a covered space of 3700 SQM for fabrication, assembly, machine shop and office premises. Over and above about 4600 SQM of open space is reserved for future expansion on demand. The unit is also equipped with O.H. Cranes, sophisticated machineries and measuring tools.

The associate companies like Jyoti Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Jyoti Industries with its covered area of 1600 SQM and in-built facilities with overhead cranes and sophisticated machine shop, deliver a substantial share in the total business output.

Additional facilities like Heat Treatment as well as Metallurgical Tests act as support services are are being rendered by various Sub-Vendors within the vicinity of the existing unit on demand, of course, under the careful supervision of highly experienced technical people.

The design & Engineering group is led by Engineers with over 30 Years of experience in the field. The concept, its integration as well as the aspect of equipment design also incorporate considerable amount of users experience periodically gathered over for more than two decades.

All designs and detail engineering activities are carried out on 'AUTOCAD' Stations through centralized "NETWORK" system. Such vast experiences and expertise have resulted into an extensive design archieves / references at MEPL's disposal today.

MAS EQUIPMENTS have developed an exhaustive Quality Assurance Plan for the equipment being manufactured in-house covering checks at every stage of manufacture, starting from procurement to final assembly. The above procedure is strictly followed towards all associated vendors who are attached towards MEPL for their support services. M/s. MEPL employs a team of well qualified and online experienced inspection personnel to undertake this assignment both in-house as well as Vendor's premises

Mas Equipments have employed a team of highly skilled and experienced Technicians for supervising the Erection activities at site. During commissioning, the total line integration is being carried out phase - wise in close association with system suppliers including line electrics, Hydraulics and other auxiliary services till completion. However, for erection purpose, MEPL maintained a team of highly skilled erection contractors in their disposal who are equipped with requisite tools & Tackles for such erection activities.
